Para ello, se hace una breve\ndescripción de los procesos políticos y decisiones gubernamentales que han permitido la transición y consolidación democrática.\nSiguiendo un desarrollo diacrónico, se analiza brevemente el modelo de administración existente durante la dictadura y se trata\nde comprobar, a través de las medidas más importantes que en materia de Administración pública se han adoptado durante los\ngobiernos democráticos, si ha existido o no influencia de la burocracia central en la definición e implantación de las mismas.
