La &uacute;ltima ley al respecto data de 2001 y, aunque es considerada una victoria de las activistas y organizaciones de mujeres al prohibir &ldquo;la bigamia, la convivencia del c&oacute;nyuge con otra persona, y la violencia familiar, el maltrato y abandono entre los miembros de la familia&rdquo;, su principal fallo es que no hay voluntad de cumplirla. Empresarios, funcionarios y altos mandos del Partido Comunista Chino miden su &ldquo;&eacute;xito&rdquo; en el n&uacute;mero de amantes que mantienen.</p>\r\n<p>Adem&aacute;s, el &uacute;ltimo informe de la Federaci&oacute;n de Mujeres de China revela un significativo retroceso en los &iacute;ndices de igualdad de g&eacute;nero en el mercado laboral. Si en la d&eacute;cada de los noventa los sueldos de las mujeres en las ciudades equival&iacute;an al 77,5% del de los hombres, en 2010 se hab&iacute;an reducido al 67,3%.
