Con una crisis de refugiados sin precedentes desde el final de la II Guerra Mundial, la amenaza terrorista, una gran tensi&oacute;n con Rusia en su frontera Este, el auge del populismo que desprecia el sistema democr&aacute;tico que ha garantizado la estabilidad durante d&eacute;cadas y una brecha en el proyecto de construcci&oacute;n europea encarnada en el&nbsp;<em>Brexit</em>, Europa no debe desentenderse de una proyecto fundamental, por muy impopular que sea.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>Tanto en EEUU como en Europa son m&uacute;ltiples las fuerzas que han hecho del TTIP un bander&iacute;n de enganche para promocionar el populismo anti-sistema. Desde Donald Trump a Marine Le Pen pasando por la izquierda radical, son muchos los que defienden soluciones basadas en el retorno al proteccionismo comercial y la recuperaci&oacute;n de una soberan&iacute;a inexistente.
