Zeid&uacute;n fue el peor parado con quemaduras de tercer grado en el 50% de su cuerpo.</p>\r\n<a name=\"sumario_2\"></a>\r\n<div class=\"sumario__interior\">\r\n<div class=\"sumario-texto\">\r\n<p class=\"texto_grande\">El 31% de los j&oacute;venes titulados est&aacute; en situaci&oacute;n de desempleo</p>\r\n</div>\r\n</div>\r\n<p>Desde hace meses participaba en las manifestaciones de protesta que celebran en Rabat y otras ciudades los licenciados en paro. El joven era titular de un&nbsp;<em>m&aacute;ster</em>&nbsp;en Documentaci&oacute;n de la Universidad de Fez y estaba casado. Zeid&uacute;n fue trasladado a Casablanca porque es all&iacute; donde est&aacute; la mejor unidad de quemados.</p>\r\n<p>Al propagarse la noticia de la muerte cientos de j&oacute;venes se concentraron alrededor del hospital de Casablanca custodiado por los antidisturbios.</p>\r\n<p>El jefe del Gobierno, el islamista Abdelil&aacute; Benkiran, no acudi&oacute; al velatorio ni al entierro, pero el portavoz del Ejecutivo, Mustaf&aacute; el Jalfi, s&iacute; traslad&oacute; su p&eacute;same a la familia y prometi&oacute; esforzarse en resolver el problema del paro mediante di&aacute;logo y concertaci&oacute;n. Los anteriores gobiernos marroqu&iacute;es guardaron silencio ante casos similares.</p>\r\n<p>El desempleo en Marruecos, medido con unos criterios m&aacute;s laxos que en Europa, afecta al 9,6% de la poblaci&oacute;n activa y es m&aacute;s elevado entre los licenciados (16%). El paro es todav&iacute;a mayor entre los j&oacute;venes que han acabado una carrera (31%), que muchas veces ha supuesto grandes esfuerzos econ&oacute;micos para sus familias. Cada a&ntilde;o se incorporan al mercado de trabajo cerca de 200.000 licenciados.</p>\r\n<p>En su discurso de investidura el jefe del Gobierno, Abdelil&aacute; Benkiran, se comprometi&oacute; a alcanzar un crecimiento del 5,5% en 2012 -un 1% m&aacute;s que en 2011- y a rebajar el paro al 8%. El objetivo no parece realista porque, dadas sus caracter&iacute;sticas, Marruecos necesita crecer al menos al 7,5% para crear empleo.</p>\r\n<p>La inmolaci&oacute;n es una modalidad de protesta que apareci&oacute; en Marruecos el 10 de febrero -ese d&iacute;a se quem&oacute; un soldado reci&eacute;n licenciado del Ej&eacute;rcito- casi dos meses despu&eacute;s de que el tunecino Mohamed Buazizi se prendiese fuego en la ciudad de Sidi Buzid desencadenando la primera revoluci&oacute;n &aacute;rabe.
