El tema abarca en particular las\ncaracterísticas de la novela española después del régimen de Franco hasta los años noventa. El fin de la dictadura militar provoca\nuna ruptura política en España. Hay que preguntar si hubo también una ruptura literaria y social. Desde el punto de vista del siglo\nXXI es importante saber que pasa en los últimos 25 años del siglo pasado, especialmente en el ámbito literario y cultural. Tengo\ncomo objetivo analizar las características de la novela española en el espacio de tiempo nombrado para constatar si hubo una\nruptura literaria y si hay diferencias entre la novela del posfranquismo y la de la posmodernidad. Por eso me ocupar en primer\nlugar de los acontecimientos políticos y de los cambios en la sociedad española después de Franco para dar una imagen de la situación histórica. Después hablar sobre la novela en el posfranquismo y voy a presentar dos t pos característicos de la novela\nposfranquista. Entonces voy a describir la novela de la posmodernidad, investigar sus rasgos y hacer una comparación con la\nliteratura del posfranquismo para constatar si hay una separación estricta entre las dos corrientes literarias. Para esto voy a\nrecurrir a unas novelas t picas posmodernas de los famosos escritores Eduardo Mendoza y Manuel Vázquez Montalbán.
